Below Ground Package Pump Stations

The below ground 1.25 metre diameter packaged pumping stations are designed for sewage and drainage water transfer applications in domestic and commercial properties.

The guiderail systems comprise of a metal rail inside the tank connected to a duckfoot bend at the bottom, which in turn is connected to the discharge pipework. The pumps are fitted with a mounting that attaches to the rail and are lowered down using a lifting chain, with the weight of the pump pushing down forms the connection. With this the pumps can be quickly and easily removed for maintenance by raising them with the lifting chain. This completely eliminates the need to drain the tank and physically uncouple the connections.

The tank also comes complete with dual guide rail mounted 240v submersible pumps available in 2inch, 2.5inch or 3inch sizes. Also featuring internal pipework, fittings & valves, floatswitches, lifting chains, a manhole cover with frame and a control panel for alternating operation.

A 140mm Holesaw and two 110mm rubber grommets is also provided so that inlets can be cut to the customers requirements on site.
