Delivery & Returns Policy

Deliveries will be within 5 to 10 working days of placement of order unless advised otherwise. We endeavour to despatch stock items on an overnight delivery where possible.

When we supply goods we reserve the right to supply alternative equal component equipment should specified products not be available.

Damaged Goods

All damages must be reported upon delivery of goods. Goods must be fully inspected upon delivery and signed for, if goods are damaged please refuse delivery and return to the courier. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of any claims.

Returns Procedure

An order can be cancelled prior to despatch for a full refund minus any applicable Credit Card charges. Once the goods have been received you can return them by following the procedure below:

1. You have 3 days from receipt of goods to start this procedure.
2. Call our friendly sales team on 01797 369304 and request a product return authority number and return address.
3. Pack up the goods and return them in their original packaging via a reputable carrier of your choice.
4. Once we have received the goods back we will check them for their merchantable quality and take them back into stock. If there is a problem we will call you.
5. You will receive a credit less 25% for restocking.

Product Failure
