Returns Procedure
Once an order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled, however once you have received the goods you can return them by following the procedure below:
- You have 3 days from receipt of goods to start this procedure.
- Call the AES sales team on 01303 239656 and request a product return authority number and return address.
- Pack up the goods and return them in their original packaging via a reputable carrier of your choice.
- Once we have received the goods back we will check them for their merchantable quality and take them back into stock. If there is a problem we will call you.
- You will receive a credit less 25% for restocking.
