Grinder / Macerator / Cutter Pumps

The GS submersible sewage macerator pumps have tungsten carbide cutters & grinding rings which allow up to 28,000 cuts per minute. Used for domestic & industrial sewage applications where either high heads or long distances prohibit the use of standard submersibles or when large bore discharge pipe is not available or unecomonical to install. These sewage pumps are free standing or can be guide rail mounted.

The DOMO GRI has been designed to deliver domestic sewage, liquids containing solids or fibres, and wastewater from residential buildings to the sewer mains or a pressurized sewer network.

The grinder cuts solids in sewage into smaller bits that can easily pass through the impeller and discharge pipes. Risks of clogging or blockage are very low, and the grinder system is easily adjustable.

Constructors face a number of challenges for which DOMO GRI is the ideal solution. DOMO GRI comes into its own in farm areas, small villages and homes built in remote areas where the conventional gravity sewage network is too expensive to commission.

The pumps are particularly effective where the sewer main is located at high level or where the ground level is variable. It is also a cost-effective option where the installation is far from the sewer main, such as in holiday homes and camping grounds

The RSG series heavy duty macerator pumps have been designed for arduous waste water and sewage type applications. They feature a cast iron construction with stainless steel grinder mechanism, shaft and fittings.

These pumps features a lip seal and silicon carbide / carbide mechanical seal arrangement. Single phase models come complete with a floatswitch and an IP55 control box housing start and run capacitors, thermal overload and reset. Guiderail options are also available.
