Low Voltage Pumps

The JS SV series are heavy duty submersible sewage pumps feature a vortex impeller and are suitable for a 25mm or 36mm soft solids handling capacity, allowing mud, sewage, viscous liquids, wood chips and other soft solids to be passed through the pump body to waste.

These pumps come with a stainless steel shaft and motor casing, capable of withstanding sandy water pumping. They also features a plastic motor lid, lower motor/ bearing housing and impeller with a single silicon mechanical seal.

The pumps also come complete with a 10 metre cable and a hosetail.

The RSD-400 is a submersible residue or puddle drainage pump, used to drain down to very low levels (approx 1mm).

The pump features a stainless steel outer case, motor pack and shaft, and has a cast iron motor lid, pump casing and volute. The bottom plate is also cushioned with rubber to prevent damage to tanks.

It comes fully equipped with a non return valve on the suction of the pump to stop any return of water, and comes with a 1 1/4inch top outlet with 25mm, 19mm and 15mm step adapter hosetail. Comes complete with 10m of power cable.

The DIG11 pump is designed for arduous site drainage or screened effluent type applications. DIG Series drainers feature an engineering grade cast iron body, 650HB chrome hardened cast iron impeller and a 70 shore anti-abrasion coated diffuser.

The dry chamber jacketed motor has rotor mounted on long life, self lubricating roller bearings and features thermal trips rated at 112°C with auto-restarting, to provide protection against insufficient cooling. The oil chamber between the motor and pump end includes two high specification mechanical seals. The motor side seal is carbon/ceramic and the pump side seal is abrasion resistant tungsten/tungsten.

Pumps are supplied with 10 metres HO7RN-F Neoprene cable as standard.
